Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I attend just a few classes or do I have to attend all?
A:  The conference is available in two different segments. Sign up for Technician's Day or Manager's Day, or both!  Simply register for them individually, and you will receive a unique login link for each day.  

Q: How do I join each of the classes?
A: There is a separate "Join" link for each day.  You will receive an email for each day that you register. On day 1, you will use the same login for the entire day.  Day 2 will have a separate login for the entire day.

Q: Can I share my login with someone else?
A:  No. Your login or "JOIN" link is tied to specifically to you and your operators license, and is tracked by your email address.  If your coworker wants to participate and receive credit, they will need to register with their own email address.

Q: Can my coworker and I watch on the same computer or mobile device?
A:  No.  CEUs are awarded only to the person who is registered.  The email address that you registered with is used to track your attendance and award your CEUs.  If they want to attend, they will need to log in on their own device using their unique registration link.

Q: How long are classes and how many CEUs do I earn?
A: Each class is an hour each, and accounts for 1 CEU hour.  The program plus time for breaks, updates, Q&A, engagement quizzes, and messages from our valued Strategic Sponsors.

Q: Classes don't start until 8:30am, do I really need to show up at 8:15?
A: YES.  It is very important that you show up NO LATER thank 8:15 each morning, as there will be important updates and instructions, which you must hear about in order to know how to get your CEUs.  Additionally, these programs are supported by our valued sponsors, and you won't want to miss their important message to attendees.

Q: What equipment and information do I need to attend?
A: You need a unique email address that is only yours, and internet access.  After registering, you'll receive a link to JOIN the webinar.  Click that link to join the webinar before each session.

Q: How do I attend if I don't have a computer?
A: You can attend through your Android or Apple smart phone or tablets.  Be sure to download the GoToWebinar app from your GooglePlay (android) or iOS (apple) app store before the meeting begins!

Q: My computer does not have a microphone. Is this a Mandatory Requirement.
A: You should not need a microphone, and can ask your questions in the chat box.

Q: Do I need to download the app to attend by computer?
A: No. Just click your Join link and it should prompt you through your internet browser.

Q: Can I watch on my iPhone or Android?
A: Yes! Be sure to download the GoToWebinar app from your GooglePlay (android) or iOS (apple) app store before the meeting begins!
